Are my documents safe?
Yes. Documents are stored in your private dashboard (GDPR compliant). You have full control — you can view, export, and delete them. We do not sell data to third parties.
How much does it cost?
You can perform the first document analysis completely for free, without providing a payment method — with full Pro features: AI assistant, deadlines, email reminders, and letter generation. If you like the tool, we offer flexible plans for individuals and companies.
Does AI replace legal advice?
AI Document helps explain letter content and manage official matters so you know what they are about. However, it is not legal advice in the regulatory sense. In very complex court cases, we always recommend consulting a lawyer.
Which countries and languages do you support?
We support letters from all 27 EU countries plus the UK, Switzerland, and Norway. The system automatically recognizes the language (e.g., German, Dutch, French) and explains the content in your chosen language.
Will it remind me about deadlines?
Yes — email before the deadline plus export to Google Calendar or an ICS file (Apple/Outlook).
Do I need to know what to do myself?
No — the case assistant guides you step by step and helps you prepare a reply.
